Hotel Bawa Continental Juhu Beach

The room was spacious with nice amenities. It was also nicely quiet from the busy street noise. Staff were friendly and helpeful during my stay. I would definitely recommend and return to stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. In particular, Ashutosh, Lalit and Veer at the front desk were always promptly responsive to any requests- including when I needed last minute deliveries, and Glen helping with my luggage was very helpful and friendly as well.

Hotel doesn’t have a bar, but the helpful front desk staff (Ashutosh and Lalit) ordered alcohol from an external vendor at the front desk upon my request.

It was ok, stay location was good, however, not much to do at hotel very basic.

The amazing staff look after your every need. They make sure you are comfortable and help you with any problem. The night shift staff, Mr Mantu, Shetty, Raj were very friendly and helpful. The reception desk staff were accommodating and helpful with every query, Raj and Sheltfa. Thank you to the Bawa Hotel staff.

Everything was great.

We got an upgrade to a suite. Very nice of the staff, really appreciated it. They were also flexible with the changement of the booking and breakfast. Friendly and helpfull staff, will sure think about coming back here next time we're in Mumbai.

After cleaning the floor was not thàt clean.

The staff were so friendly, helpful, and helped you feel welcomed, comfortable and at home. Special mention to Kanoji and Arun who kept the room exceptionally clean for the whole stay.

I can't think of anything negative to say.

Great location, good housekeeping staff, but that's about it. Facilities are next to none as far as the rooms are concerned, even something as basic as the TV didn't work as expected because the cable connection was the cheapest, bare minimum option that has poor signal and disruption issues most of the time. It was a smart TV but the "smart" bit of it was disabled so no scope for casting anything on it either. Room service is also pretty lackluster to say the least, and the toiletries provided were also the bare minimum. If it's just a place to sleep you need, the Bawa continental is alright, but there isn't much on offer except the location. Another peeve that I had was that their restaurant is listed on Swiggy and Zomato but does not allow orders from any other restaurants from Swiggy or Zomato, a bit greedy and hypocritical. We went out to eat anyway but I can see how this would be inconvenient for someone who would prefer not to eat at the hotel or order room service.

Location was good. Near to shops and auto was easily available.

Breakfast was the same everyday. No exciting new dishes to try. The room was very cold.. Cleanliness was compromised at times. There was no receipts given when you pay for breakfast or order food to the room.

Excellent location, facility and staff.

Excellent locations with all restaurants nearby and easy access to the beach,, , good value for money too..Staff are very courteous and helpful at all times..Food was good with very generous portions...at breakfast, only thing we noticed was their delivery of Dhokla Fafda etc was around 9ish , so people who have early breakfast misses out on these.. should be laid out as soon as the breakfast opens..

Only thing we were slightly disappointed was , our room curtains were not opening due to faulty motor ?....also the AC was airing a little stale air...

Location and Price

The rooms are not sound proof and from early morning till almost afternoon, it was a struggle sleeping because of continuous noise being made in the aisle outside room.

Ideal location to Juhu beach and near by restaurants

They did not mention that hotel taxi pickup at the airport is chargeable.They said they mentioned it on the phone but it wasn't when I called them. They need to add that info on the website. I could have just get the Uber. They had some work going on for a week during mybstay.

Small but very well maintained. Special mention to the staff. Extremely helpful and courteous.

room had a smell there is nowhere to sit outside construction was going on and no where to sit outside also when you walk out the hotel your on the main street and it’s dirty
